Return Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at warmlingcontact@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Błotna 15, 56-200 Góra, Poland.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom items (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item and purchase a new item separately after your return has been approved.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If a refund is accepted, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and process the refund.
